3-Ingredient Creamy Sausage Tortellini Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage (mild or hot)
  • 1 jar (20–24 oz) creamy Alfredo sauce
  • 1 package (20–24 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini (no need to pre-cook)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and heat for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add the tortellini and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20–25 minutes until tender and bubbling.
  6. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
