How to Make Your Own Morning Blend
Ingredients (10–14 servings):
- ½ cup raw honey
- 2–3 tablespoons turmeric powder (or fresh turmeric)
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: 1–2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
- Add the honey to a clean glass jar.
- Mix in the turmeric until fully combined.
- Add black pepper (and ginger if using) and stir well.
- Seal and store in a cool, dark place.
How to use:
Take 2 tablespoons in the morning on an empty stomach. You can mix it into warm (not boiling) water or take it directly. Beginners may start with 1 tablespoon.
Tip: Use a spoon carefully — turmeric can stain surfaces.
