Smoothie #4 – Matcha Avocado
Best for: Focus + stable energy
· 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
· ¼ ripe avocado
· 1 tsp matcha powder (unsweetened)
· 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
· ½ cup spinach
· 2–3 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Why it works: Matcha provides antioxidants and gentle energy without caffeine crash. Avocado and sunflower seeds slow nutrient absorption. Soy milk adds protein.
