Smoothie #5 – Cucumber Mint Refresher

Best for: Hydration + low carb

 

· 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (or water)

· ½ cucumber (peeled)

· 5–6 fresh mint leaves

· 1 tbsp flaxseed or psyllium husk

· Juice of ½ lime

· ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

 

Why it works: This is extremely low in carbs. Cucumber and mint hydrate. Psyllium or flax adds soluble fiber to slow any glucose rise. Lime and mint add flavor without sugar.
